SA supports the film evening "Ex Machina»
The DIN Chapter Solothurn is organising a film evening on 10 June 2022 on the topic of "Science Fiction or Reality".
How much science fiction is in our daily lives and which technical and social changes will we soon take for granted?
The DIN Chapter Solothurn will explore these questions in the film evening and discuss them with experts. Director Alex Garland's film "Ex Machina", which takes the audience into the world of artificial intelligence (AI) and confronts them with so-called turing tests, among other things, will serve as a platform for this stimulating exchange. On this journey into a possible future (or already the present?), the audience will be accompanied by the team of the DIN Artificial Intelligence Division headed by Michael Wegmüller as well as experts from Artifact, a company specialising in AI, with their profound knowledge.
