ISO 9001: 2015 - Audit passed

At the end of January, the repeat audit for our ISO 9001:2015 management system certification took place.

The aim of the audit was to determine the conformity of the management system with the standard requirements.

In particular, it was necessary to demonstrate that a suitable system is in place to

• ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements
• ensure that customer needs are met
• identify potential for improvement

The audit was completed successfully and without any critical deviations.

We are now using the potential for optimization and recommendations identified in dialogue with the auditor as a basis for continuously refining our internal standards.
