Family-friendly employer

A good balance between work and family life is an important element of our employee satisfaction, so our decision to participate in the Canton of Solothurn’s family-friendly employer scheme was a no-brainer. 

The scheme is a joint initiative by the Solothurn Economic Development Agency and the trade associations, and its aim is to enhance the balance between work and family life in the Canton of Solothurn.
